How to play In Sync

  1. Everyone gets secret numbers between 1 and 100. Level 1 deals one each, level 2 deals two, and so on.
  2. Play them all in ascending order — with nobody allowed to speak. No counting down, no hints, no faces.
  3. Play your lowest when you believe nothing lower is still out there.

An example

Level 3. You hold 12, 45 and 88. Nothing has been played and you decide 12 is safe, so you play it. If somebody was quietly holding a 7, it is discarded and the table loses a life. The whole game is that decision, repeated.
